New Flat Rate Shipping options added for International Customers

Hey there!

I've gone through and added some additional flat rate shipping options for more countries. This should add a lower cost option for folks outside the US and Canada.

Note that the shipping rate does NOT include any taxes or duty. This will be collected separately by your country's Customs Agency separately when it passes through them.

If you don't see a Flat Rate option for your country, send me a message and I'll look into getting one added.
